The startProcess method is responsible for taking care of the initialization process that pertains to the process it represents. The endProcess method does the opposite, implementing the rules necessary to end a process successfully. The methods startTask and endTask have a similar relationship, except they apply to a task instead of an entire process. That is, whereas a process can require multiple forms to result in its end product, a task only has one form. |

The SHA1Encryption class has a single public method, encrypt. It is responsible for accepting a password as an argument and encrypting it, returning the encrypted password value to the client. It uses several private methods for the actual encryption algorithm. |

The methods startProcess and endProcess are pretty self-explanatory. They trigger the starting and stopping of processes in the AllProcess collection. What makes these methods different from the ones in the Process class is that the former delegates the actual starting and stopping of each process to the objects themselves as they know best the details of their responsibilities. The determineRoles method involves accessing the role IDs of the roles the user can perform in this workgroup lookup roles by user ID. |
